Return & Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at contact@eteme.es.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Garments

All garments are produced on a made-to-order basis in our atelier in Barcelona. Each piece is created specifically upon request in order to avoid unnecessary overproduction and support a more responsible production model.

If you wish to return a made-to-order item within the 14-day withdrawal period and the return conditions are met, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Exchange for another size or garment

  • Store credit of equal value to use on our online store

The store credit has no expiration date and may be used toward any future purchase.

Production Time

All pieces are produced on demand in our atelier in Barcelona and require approximately 15–20 days of production before shipping.

Orders are shipped with Correos Express.

Shipping and Return Costs

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

- Shipping: €5 (1–3 working days after production)

- Returns: €5

Europe

- Shipping: €8 (3–5 working days after production)

- Returns: €10

Rest of the World

- Shipping: €12 (5–10 working days after production)

- Returns: €15

Return shipping costs may be deducted from the issued store credit where applicable.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
